What we Do

We pay school tuition and supplies for underserved children

School Tuition

In Haiti the lack of employment and assistance create a financial hardship for most families. About 95% of the schools are private, making It simply impossible for families to send their children to school. Our organization pay school tuition for over 1000 children in Leogane, St. Marc, Fontamara, Quoix-des-Bouquets,Marchand Dessalines and Gros-Morne.

Food assistance

No child should have to spend a day without food. One of our focus is to help feed the hungry to allow them to fully engaged academically.

Shelter

We provide shelter to homeless kids and/or financial assistance to those whose families have trouble paying their rent.

Emergency assistance

During natural disasters, i.e. hurricane Matthew in 2016 and 7.2 magnitude Earthquake 2021, AAME provided assistance like food, clothings, footwear, hygiene and toiletries, products to affected victims.

AAME, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization was founded in 2016 and supported by generous donations from members like you.

All About Motivation & Education (AAME) is a Non-profit Organization whose goal is to cover the cost of school tuition for underprivileged children in primary schools in developing countries.

This Organization will utilize all resources to develop the intellectual growth of young children, grades PreK-6 in lower socioeconomic groups.

We pledge to improve education for underserved children in developing countries through community outreach.

Mickel-Ange Montlouis, Board Director

Educator and Entrepreneur. Works for NJ Transit. Provide innovative business coaching to those willing to take risk. Able to assume leadership role of any company or organization and ensure full compliance and execution.

Scarlette Gaudin, Board Director

Environmental Manager for Newark Board of Ed. Bachelor in Biology and Minor in Psychology. Founder and CEO of Girls on a Mission with Ambition Non-profit. Committee Woman in Roselle Park. Served on a committee for the Haitian Education and Residence (H.E.A.R) Program, a non-profit organization aims to assist young men and women in need of care and shelter. Help raise funds for a non-profit organization “A Dollar a Tree for Haiti Foundation”. Her fearless and altruistic attitude benefit the people in the community. Very resourceful and productive when advocating for the young, poor and elderly.

Matula Saint-Pierre, Board Director

Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Kean University. Matula is a Law Enforcement Officer. He is very disciplined and organized. Matula brings forth a wealth of experience and accountability.

Sindy Diogene, Chief Financial Officer

Registered Nurse for 15 yrs with dual Bachelors degree in Nursing and Biology. Nationally Board Certified in Medical-Surgical and Ambulatory Care Nursing. Sindy is very goal-oriented and caring. Her compassion for helping others and making a difference sparked her career interest. She attributes her blessings to lending a hand to others and her generosity. Sindy is the Chief Financial Officer for AAME and Girls on a Mission with Ambition. She grew up in Fontamara, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. At 14 yrs old she came to the US to live with her dad after her mom passing. Her experiences and roadblocks shaped her into the person she is today. Sindy is very capable and efficient in her pledge to whole-heartedly help those who are less fortunate.

Roodlee Gaudin, Director of Community Outreach

Behaviorist at a Non-profit Organization. Work with people who are at a disadvantage combating daily psychosocial challenges. Responsible to ensure community inclusion for all clients. Charismatic and selfless. Passionate about helping children in impoverish communities. Organize fundraising events throughout the year.

Gary Diogene President/CEO

Chief Executive Officer of AAME Non-Profit. Earned his Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. His interpersonal leadership skills and experience stemmed from his previous background as a Law Enforcer, Realtor/Investor and Entrepreneur. Gary is passionate and genuinely concerned about underprivileged kids. He works tirelessly to ensure the growth and progress of every child we serve come to fruition. Gary is an exemplary role model with high standards and expectations for this Organization.
